Vanessa Parker, Realtor
Vanessa Parker has been a lifelong resident of Pierce County. She currently resides in the Graham area. Vanessa has many years experience in customer service and sales support in the investment securities industry. Utilizing these skills, Vanessa decided to make the move to real estate and become a Realtor® joining Crescent Realty in 2005.
Vanessa has a daughter who attends school at Graham Kapowsin High School.
Marguerite Giguere
Marguerite Giguere grew up in South Hill and Graham. She has been a Realtor at Crescent Realty since 2005 and is a regular volunteer at KPLU 88.5FM in Parkland, The Grand Cinema of Tacoma, and at her local Realtor Association.
Marguerite is an active skydiver and loves eating out at local restaurants.
She currently lives in downtown Tacoma and writes about Downtown Tacoma Real Estate on her blog.
Larry Bergstrom
Larry Bergstrom has lived in South Pierce County for over 30 years. During that time he has seen the area grow and change. Larry is also the Broker and President of Crescent Realty, Inc- the largest independent real estate company in Pierce County.
